What You’ll Learn In The Tantric Woman

This is an invitation to journey with me in 4 module online programme, that is…

• Session 1: kundalini rising
  We lay the foundations. You will understand the nature of kundalini energy, the nervous system & the major energy channels in the body, the chakras & how to work safely with this potent force. In order to awaken this potent force within, we must purify the physical & emotional bodies. You will be guided through a powerful emotional & somatic releasing practice. As well as be guided into a Kundalini Yoga Kriya specifically for clearing the central channel & awakening the kundalini / sexual energy.
• Session 2: sexually sovereign
  Learn how to self source your sexual energy with the Taoist Tantric Arts, specifically the Jade Egg practice. In this session, you will be guided through the foundational tantric practice for women: the Jade Egg practice including spinal warm up, chi massage, breast awakening & a pelvic awakening Jade Egg sequence. You will experience a reclamation of your sexual sovereignty by feeling your sexual energy move for you & only you. From this place healthy sexual experiences can be cultivated with another.
• Session 3: embodied dark feminine
  Meet with the shadow aspects of the feminine. The Dark Feminine. She holds an immense amount of power, that once unlocked ~ unlocks the key to your erotic liberation & creative expression. You will be guided through a powerful dark feminine integration, erotic dance & sexual shadow practice to meet the parts of you that may still be holding shame around your sexuality. The Tantric Woman is integrated in both her light &dark feminine. In this module we fully reclaim the dark feminine.
• Session 4: tantric union
  We reach the climax & deepest purpose of the tantric path, that is union. We will explore from the tantric & energetic perspective what inner union feels like. And then trickle that down into how that relates to the relationship with God, Self & Other. How do we come into union with these three primary relationships? We will explore healing your relationship to the inner masculine. And begin to cultivate a healthy inner marriage, the true tantric union– within.
