We aren’t always loving, sometimes we don’t feel love, and we are full of emotions as anger, sadness, grief. In our lives, we experience lots of things that keep us away from love, because we are hurt. Instead of togetherness, we feel distance. We feel pain instead of love, and instead of open, we are closed.

Our heart is closed, shielded against (more) pain. But…. When we block feelings of pain, we also block the feelings of love. Time to embrace yourself. Just the way you are. Time to heal yourself. To heal the wounds from life.
